Job Description AltaGas - Analyst, Learning & Talent Programs
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Talent & Learning Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part supporting the implementation of learning programs, coordinating our talent processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders. If you have a knack for coordinating multiple projects storytelling through visuals, and are passionate about learning and talent development, we’d love to hear from you!
You Will:Learning & Development:* Coordinate leadership and employee learning programs as they are designed including on site learning support for program offerings: planning, scheduling, registration, material preparation
Talent Development:* Support in coordination and execution (implementation) of cyclical talent programs including performance cycle and succession planning often including supporting the preparation of presentations and status reporting
You Have:* 1-5 years of relevant experience
