The Security Analyst position directly supports the AES US Infrastructure Security organization for all ongoing activities that serve to prove appropriate access to, and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of employee and business information in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Security Standards.

The position is responsible for monitoring and processing alarm (cyber & physical) events, intrusion system alerts, threat intelligence systems, and communication requests within the Security Operations Center. The position requires working a 10-hour shift that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ISOC (Intelligence Security Operations Center) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with specific experience in NERC/CIP compliance, physical security, access management, and camera systems. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to work on multiple platforms simultaneously. The ISOC Analyst will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and guiding response to security incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our organization’s people and assets.
