The Client Services team provides direct support to Corporate, Conventional, and Thermal (CCT) leadership and Business Units (BUs) to understand and respond to their needs, ensuring the right application of laws, rules, corporate policies, principles and processes are applied. The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for processing all employee changes, data management/integrity and developing business analytics in collaboration with the Human Resources Business Advisor (HRBA). Working in a challenging, high volume, fast-paced environment, the Human Resources Analyst will partner with the HRBAs and BUs to provide excellent service.

- Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts (Monday – Friday)
- Safety sensitive position: No

- Collaborate and coordinate with members of the HR team to identify and execute solutions for organizational and business challenges/requirements, including change management
- Process all employee changes (transfers, progressions, shift changes, etc.), leaves, reassignments, resignations, and retirements
- Create, manage, maintain, and complete HR forms and documents in conjunction with employee changes
- Create and maintain all Client Services processes
- Department creation and management of position codes and areas of responsibility
- Update, process and maintain HR systems to reflect accurate employee data; and provide data and reports to leadership as requested
- HR Central audits to ensure data integrity and reports with resulting corrections
- HR Central testing and ongoing process improvement review
- Actively participate in multi-disciplinary project work to support effective delivery of HR services to the business and drive a high-performance culture
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, and other systems, such as Oracle
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Ability to recognize and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Respect for confidential matters
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and concisely (verbal, written)
- Successful experience building relationships as a trusted and contributing team member
