Position: Air Elite Network Support Specialist About Us:

Join our team at World Fuel Services, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to the Air Elite Network. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help us maintain and enhance our customer relationships, manage administrative tasks, and ensure seamless network communications.

Position Summary:

As an Air Elite Network Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Air Elite Network. Your responsibilities will include general program support, customer data and marketing maintenance, administrative management, and network communications. You will be the liaison between World Fuel and Air Elite members, ensuring that our values are professionally communicated and upheld.

Must be located in EST or CST time zones. Key Responsibilities

•

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a World Fuel liaison with Air Elite members to maintain and retain customer relationships through effective data management, member benefits, invoicing, and website updates.

•

Communication: Professionally communicate the Air Elite and World Fuel Services values throughout the membership cycle.

•

Material Management: Update and manage various member materials, promotional items, and customer files.

•

Salesforce Management: Manage and maintain Salesforce information and member contact details for accuracy.

•

Agreement Administration: Handle Air Elite agreement administration and ensure all member materials are up-to-date.

Job Requirements

•

Material Management: Manage and maintain all member materials, including presentations, forms, customer data, and branded materials.

•

Invoicing & Payments: Responsible for member due invoices, payment of vendors, ordering branded items, and ensuring reimbursements are accurately and efficiently managed.

•

Marketing Liaison: Work closely with marketing to ensure all member information is accurate and the website and other internal and external documents are updated.

Experience

•

2-5 years of business experience.

•

Organizational proficiency and time management skills with time-driven projects.

•

Strong customer service and care skills.

•

Experience in content and customer database management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, etc.) or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or communications preferred.

Specific Skills & Knowledge

•

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

•

Confident phone communication and friendly email demeanor to positively represent World Fuel and Air Elite.

•

Invoicing and payment skills with business administration experience recommended.

•

Aviation industry knowledge is a plus.

•

Business education is a plus to understand how we assist our customers in their business model and profitability goals.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements

•

Position typically requires a normal 5-day workweek within standard business hours.

•

Flexibility to complete time-sensitive projects or items after hours or occasionally on weekends.
