Description

Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking a temporary Administrative Intern to support our teams in one of the respective offices listed below. This role provides exposure to the legal industry in a collaborative office setting while assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an independent worker and highly organized.

About the Opportunity Responsibilities:

- Assist administrative staff with projects and tasks

- Operate office equipment (scanners, copiers, printers, and laptops)

- Scan and files documents accurately in both electronic and paper formats

- Follow process in document management system and naming schemes to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Support office operations through teamwork and proactive assistance


Program Details:

- Internship Duration: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

- Cover Letters: Address to Julia Fish, HR Assistant and include preferred location

- Available Locations & Group Assignment:

- Macomb County: Various practice groups, including Trust & Estates

- Muskegon: Trust & Estates

- Midland: Various practice groups

- Grand Rapids: Various practice groups, including Trust & Estates

The above list is not intended to be all inclusive but provides a general framework for the position. Other related responsibilities will arise from time to time and be assigned to department members.

The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. These include being both mobile and stationary throughout the workday, having the ability to transport 25 pounds and being able to operate a computer and other business equipment found in the office.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


Minimum Qualifications:

- Education: High school graduate currently enrolled in a college program.

- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
