POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The incumbent performs a variety of administrative functions, including filing and data entry, and assists with overflow work from various departments on an as-needed basis.


Base hourly rate of $15/hr


KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executes clerical tasks, such as data entry, mailing, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Prepares and modifies documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail, and prepares shipments to be sent out via FedEx and/or UPS.
Assists with scheduling appointments and booking travel arrangements on an as necessary.
Orders, inventories, and manages office supplies for the branch location.
Attends meetings and takes detailed notes for key stakeholders.
Assumes an active role in other related projects as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and printers.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
This is considered a sedentary position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.


TRAVEL:

This position may require up to 10% local travel.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years of related experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales-related capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Affinity for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with producing, editing, proofing, and publishing content.
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Classes or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
