Unit Number - Unit Name: 67000 - CUSTOMER SERVICE RETAIL
- Provides administrative and clerical support to Director Customer Service Retail and management staff. Responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting with the coordination and completion of special projects and outside activities. This position will also be responsible for processing invoices, purchase orders, blanket agreements, and releases.
Essential Job Tasks:
- Provides administrative support to Director Customer Service Retail and other Santee Cooper personnel along with outside customers, to include Microsoft office products like: Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Provides support for meetings initiated by Director Customer Service Retail and other Santee Cooper personnel; including: making meeting arrangements, compiling information for agendas, preparing & distributing agendas, and setting up for meetings. Responds to internal and external request for Customer Service Retail.
- Initiates and responds to correspondence within limit of authority including handling sensitive documents and information with confidence and discretion. Responds to internal and external customers requests and researching information to enable the Director Customer Service Retail to respond.
- Plans and prepares for quarterly Customer Advisory Council meetings. This includes: setting meeting dates, food, correspondence, agenda, travel arrangements, and attending meetings.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the creation and processing of: Purchase Orders, blanket agreements, releases & RFPs in FIS for Customer Service Retail and others as needed.
- Coordinates special projects and outside activities, such as United Way. Works with HG coordinators on the campaign, updates and gather campaign materials, coordinate Penny Power & Leadership Luncheon and coordinates volunteers for Day of Caring.
- Runs and compiles reports for Customer Service Retail. Reports include: Retail Operation's Board Report, and Monthly Customer Service Retail Goals Update.
- Updates & creates presentations for Customer Service Retail, Including: Core Business Knowledge, CAC s New Member Presentation, and various other reports.
- High School Diploma or GED +5 years experience required.
- Must have advanced computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, e-mail), record keeping or accounting experience.
Compensation Information:
$21.55 - $26.90 (min. - mid.)
