Administrative Assistant/Scheduler

The Administrative Assistant is the direct report to the Plant Manager.

Please note the job duties involved below.

Arrange LTL or Dedicated truck shipments

Create Bill of Ladings and Packing lists for shipments

Standard office duties to include: filing, job folder creation, quote follow-ups.

Minor cleaning duties such as sweeping and emptying trash containers.

Invoicing jobs

Organizing office environment

Vacation coverage for Administration

Scanning, emailing, and documenting daily production values.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

High understanding of HR rules, laws and regulations

High understanding of Mathematics

Associate in Business Management preferred.

Experience with Quick Books prefered.

Hours of operation:

Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
