- Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft professional communications, and respond to inquiries promptly. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organize digital files using platforms like Google Drive, or CRM systems.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents using Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items for virtual meetings conducted via google meets.
- Task Coordination: Assist with project coordination, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks for team members.
- General Support: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as research, managing subscriptions, or coordinating with vendors.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (google meets) and project management software.
- Basic knowledge of a CRM systems is a plus.
