Administrative Assistant (Lakeland)

Operate standard office equipment regularly, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer

Receive deliveries

Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Maintain the department filing system

Research information to support your department as needed

Perform administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling meetings, etc.

Perform other duties assigned by management orderly and efficiently

High School Diploma or GED Required

2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to type 35 wpm minimum

Strong phone, email and communication skills

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Excellent interpersonal skills

Punctual with strong attendance history

Must be able to meet companys employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company

Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
