Position Overview
As an Acquisitions Agent / Home Buying Specialist, you are the homeowners' primary point of contact in the sales process. You will work directly with homeowners and go on in-home appointments to purchase their properties. A typical day is spent doing a couple of hours of follow-ups and attending 1-4 sales appointments. This position requires exceptional sales skills, and the ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working independently, managing their time efficiently, and willing to adapt to a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.

What You’ll Do
•Conduct in-home appointments with homeowners to evaluate and negotiate property acquisitions.
•Build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with homeowners, often spanning several months.
•Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate integrity towards homeowners throughout the acquisition process.
•Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the acquisition process and ensure timely closings.
•Continuously seek out new leads and opportunities for property acquisitions.
•Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions using CRM software.

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
•Competitive pay: Earn $150,000 annually. Top performers can earn up to $250,000!
•100% commission-based with monthly incentives for meeting bonus tiers.
