Responsibilities:

Live Hallmark Homes' vision, values, and beliefs every day.

Provide a positive and elevated experience for Hallmark Homes clientele through product expertise and outstanding customer service.

•

Qualify and educate potential clients on the services and systems offered by Hallmark Homes.

•

Manage all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through the construction process.

•

Represent the Hallmark Homes brand through effective communication, professionalism, and a polished personal appearance.

•

Support the visual and quality standards of the model home environment.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience: New construction sales experience in a subdivision setting is required.

•

Work Schedule and Compensation:

Schedule: Four days per week working in our model home in Whitestown, IN, with remote work expectations between model hours. Weekend availability required.

Compensation:

Paid training during the initial months.

•

Transition to commission-based pay, with compensation split between contract signing and closing when the customer’s home is completed.

•

Realistic Pay Estimate: $100,000-$150,000 annually based on performance and commissions.
