ROLE: Local Customer Acquisition & Marketing Specialist

This is a part time local position that involves continuous connection to ideal clients in the Portland area.
The hours will be strategically aligned with the best times to do door knocking, face to face business
drop ins, trade meetings and shows, and weekly online meetings. Later morning hours and early evening hours are a large part of weekly hours.
The applicant may work as much as desired to achieve high levels of bonus pay.

● Knowledge of Residential and Commercial Painting a Bonus.
● Physical Stamina and Mobility to walk for hours at a good pace.

● Achieve Company Goals of Estimates per week of Residential and Commercial Clients through self efforts and hiring and supervising a team of flyer delivery teams in peak seasons.
● Create good will in our target neighborhoods by educating homeowners in best home care practices.
● Knock on the required number of doors per week and drop in the required number of B2B clients.
● Attend Local Trade Meetings and Business groups as directed. Be a successful participant in giving and receiving referrals.
● Door to door sales - Service based experience preferred.
● References of co-workers and supervisors in cold calling sales preferred. At least 4 references that at least 2 are supervisors.
