New Home Sales Consultant

DRB Homes is seeking experienced New Home Sales Consultants for a number of locations in our Raleigh Division; Communities in Wake, Durham & Harnett Counties.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the sale of single-family homes in designated communities. Coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. Ensure timely settlements to achieve monthly and annual goals. Performs general on-site administrative functions. Directs Sales Associates/Sales Assistants activities.
