Position Summary

This position will support the accounting department with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and will also assist in general accounting duties including month-end close, reconciliations, and special projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to grow in a stable and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

•

Process vendor invoices and manage full-cycle Accounts Payable

•

Ensure timely and accurate payments and resolve any vendor inquiries

•

Maintain and reconcile AP sub-ledgers

•

Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes

•

Support preparation of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

•

Collaborate with team members across departments for coding, approvals, and budget alignment

•

Help maintain documentation for audits and internal controls

•

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)

•

3–5 years of relevant accounting or AP experience

•

Strong attention to detail and organization

•

Familiarity with ERP systems: QuickBooks Online, Open Invoice

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

•

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

$60,000 – $80,000/year
