Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist

- Construction industry and/or payroll experience beneficial

- Accounts payable invoice entry

- Vendor payment processing

- Vendor account reconciliation/inquires

- Manage monthly credit card expenses

- Process weekly union and non union payroll

- Complete weekly and monthly union reports

- Knowledge of payroll tax rules including federal, multi state and various locals

- Maintain employee records in payroll system

- Must read union contracts for hourly payroll rules and benefit computations and understand union jurisdictions

- Excellent communication and computer skills

- Knowledge of payroll tax rules including federal, multi state and various locals

- Complete weekly and monthly union reports

- Must be able to multi task in fast paced environment with constant change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
