Accounts Payable Administrator

LDI is located in Robinson‑Superior Treaty territory, on the traditional lands of the Anishnaabeg and the Métis. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will work from the Thunder Bay office working Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

· Accurately record invoices, credit notes and cheque requisitions in the accounts payable system and ensure invoices are properly coded and approved.

· Review supplier statements and ensure entry/payment of outstanding invoices.

· Generate supplier pay lists for approval and administer payments through the online banking system and issue any physical cheques required.

· Prepare month end reconciliations for review.

· Reconcile company credit card statements.

· Assist with audit requests from company external auditors as well as auditors for suppliers.

· Other duties as required.

Qualifications

· The incumbent must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in accounts payable and a degree/diploma in Accounting is preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office are a must. Experience working with 4Site would be a definite asset.

The position offers a competitive remuneration package of $70,000-$85,000/per annum plus annual bonus, benefits & RSP plan.
