Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for several duties as listed below. This role requires proficiency in SAGE 50 accounting software platform. The Accounting Coordinator will support.
- Duties: process timesheets, calculate regular time/overtime, calculate stat pay, manage benefit program, process payroll, process ROE’s.
- Duties: generating invoices, entering invoices in online platform such as Cortex & OpenInvoice, processing payments, collections, maintaining rental invoices.
- Duties: answering phones, assisting staff and management, assist CFO with other job duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in accounting software SAGE 50 - this is a requirement
- Strong experience with bookkeeping, data entry, and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong skills for accurate data entry
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments
- Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting systems and software tools
