Marble, a technology company combining intelligent software, computer vision, AI, and advanced mechanical design to develop automated solutions for meat processors, is looking for an Account Manager with food industry experience to help develop and support its solutions. At Marble, you'll get to work with the latest technologies and improve the food supply chain.

A Day in the Life of an Account Manager at Marble:

As an Account Manager on the Marble team, you will represent Marble and be a go-to resource for customers’ operations teams. From start to finish in the customer journey, you’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to be the bridge between the customer and Marble. You’ll visit customer facilities often and ask questions to understand customer pain points, document each facility’s unique processes and products, and capture in-plant data. You will be a representative of the customer to the Marble team. Your insight and expertise will be critical to product development and will influence decisions on product features.

From start to finish, you will be responsible for client relationships with Marble and will play a key role in ensuring Marble’s products are successfully and smoothly installed.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboard Customers: Become the Marble expert on customer facilities by understanding their day-to-day functions, including operational processes, product mix, and product codes to ensure a smooth implementation and deployment experience.
Implementation Support: Lead the process of integrating customer data in the Marble systems, train facility operations teams before and after system deployments, and work closely with Marble’s meat scientists and product team to make recommendations to customers on how to leverage Marble’s technology and adjust operational processes to drive more value for their facilities.
Product Identification Training: Support computer vision training for assigned facilities. Includes developing resource materials for the Marble team and conduct quality assurance audits to measure and guide Marble’s machine learning objectives.
Internal Customer Advocate: Communicate with customers to understand questions and concerns and elicit feedback on new product features. You will transfer this knowledge to the Marble product team to influence new product features and opportunities to bring value to customers.
Ongoing Customer Support: Travel to customer facilities from pre-sale to post-deployment to gather information, provide support, and conduct training. Communicate with customers about new updates and ways to better utilize Marble’s technology.


What You Must Have:

B.S. or M.S. degree in Meat/Food Science, Animal Science, or Agricultural Business, or equivalent experience
Experience in meat/food processing facilities, comfortable with safety protocols
Ability to travel up to 50%
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for Marble and the customers you will serve
Strong communication skills (in person, email, phone) with various project stakeholders


Preferred Experience:

Comfortable accurately identifying beef primals and subprimals
Experience working with multi-disciplinary technology teams
Bilingual: Spanish
