Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for technology sales. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and fostering long-term relationships with customers. Your ability to analyze client needs and negotiate effectively will be crucial in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
•Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
•Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
•Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
•Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
•Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
•Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights.
•Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technology advancements.
•Print Customer’s marketing materials (Booklets, Packets, Bi Folds, etc)
•Work with Awards Operations Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Requirements
•Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in technology sales.
•Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
•Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
•A proactive approach to business development with a focus on building relationships.
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
