We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be
responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships. You will
collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver tailored
solutions that meet client needs. This position requires a proactive and results-driven professional who
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the energy sector.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the sales pipeline.
- Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Deliver impactful presentations and lead closing calls with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Consistently track activities and progress in CRM systems.
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer
- Strong background in sales strategy development, lead generation, and market research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a results-oriented environment.
- Experience in the energy industry or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience in Solar is a must – direct industry knowledge is critical for success in this role.
