This full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive is based in Hamilton, ON, with some flexibility to work from home. The Account Executive will handle day-to-day client management, driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and presenting proposals/RFPs, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. The role also involves market research and staying updated on industry trends to provide strategic insights to clients and prospects.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights on SOC and MDR services
- Experience working with Ontario LDC’s and unregulated energy assets aling with SOC technologiessolutions is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
