- Operate stamping and forming machines
- Assist setting up the tooling and materials required.
- Pack and label products per established requirements.
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
- Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work.
- Able to recognize manufacturing issues and seek assistance when necessary.
- Follow written procedures and work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.
- Participate in supervised equipment preventative maintenance.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime or weekends as needed.
- Understand and support company policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety requirements.

- Able to read and understand a tape measure and do simple arithmetic.
- Able to follow directions and learn basic metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed.
- Able to understand, read, and write in English.
- Lift, carry, push and or pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Sit, stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Work in a fast paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing as required.
