Your Daily Impact

> Master and operate advanced metal-cutting machines.

> Identify and resolve minor program errors independently.

> Collaborate across platforms and cross-train on various processes.

> Make routine decisions and use problem-solving to resolve manufacturing issues.

> Keep production running smoothly by using forklifts and overhead cranes.

The Skills We’re Looking For

> Ability to make decimal-fraction conversions.

> Strong computer skills.

> Ability to use micrometers and calipers.

> Be self-motivated, have strong initiative, and top-notch communication skills.

> Maintain reliable and regular attendance.

> Cooperative, innovative, safety oriented.

> Strong attention to detail and a focus on production.

> Commitment/willingness to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
