Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill our

Yard Loader Operator

position at our quarry in

Springdale, Arkansas.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience operating a large-size, wheeled loader – like a CAT 988, CAT 992, Komatsu WA500-8, Komatsu WA600-8, or similar. The successful candidate must also have an uncompromising commitment to safety excellence.

Job Responsibilities

- This role will primarily operate a large, wheel loader on the yard to load trucks and maintain stockpiles.

- Interact with customers and haulers, and provide excellent customer service.

- Operate wheel loader in the pit to load shot rock into haul trucks for crushing as needed.

- May also be required to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment as needs require, and at the discretion of the plant manager and foreman.


Qualifications

- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence - individual must be dedicated to operating safely at all times.

- Have at least one year experience operating a large-size wheel loader – similar to a CAT 988, CAT 992, Komatsu WA500-8, or Komatsu WA600-8.

- Ability to interact with customers, and provide friendly, professional customer service

- Experience operating a variety of heavy equipment – dozer, track hoe, skid steer – preferred.

- Ability to pick up on new task quickly.

- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.

- Team player - individual must be willing to perform any task required at the quarry.

- Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.

- Pass pre-employment drug screen.

- Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement.
