Yard Driver - Equipment Operator

A-Line is looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working with heavy equipment to safely unload, move, and stage incoming transformers and electrical equipment.

What to Expect

- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and OT as needed - Starting at $22 + depending on experience

- Growth opportunities available

What You’ll Do

- Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment to unload incoming units.

- Safely move, position, and organize large equipment in the yard.

- Shag trailers around the yard as needed.

- Support warehouse and yard operations to keep workflow running smoothly.

- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven

heavy equipment operating experience (telehandler, boom lift, crane, etc.)

- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)

- Ability to handle physically demanding, outdoor work in all weather

- Dependability and teamwork attitude
