As an Equipment Operator, you will assist in rig up/rig down operations, performs routine and minor reactive maintenance on equipment, operate equipment in a limited capacity, and assist/learn from higher-level operators in daily operations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Learn the basics of operating fracturing equipment.

✔️ Maintain assigned equipment. Perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements. Report all operational deficiencies to supervisor and maintenance personnel.

✔️ Assist with rig up/rig down operations at assigned locations.

✔️ Assist and learn from higher-level equipment operators in daily operations.

Qualifications

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

✅ High school diploma or general degree (GED)

✅ CDL required

✅ No experience required

✅ The ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

✅ Basic math skills

✅ Excellent problem-solving and reasoning abilities

Your Work Schedule & Hours

- Work shifts up to 12 hours

- Overtime as needed

- 6/3 Schedule

- Hours may vary based on operational needs
