We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Water Well & Pump Assistant. This full-time position involves working outdoors year-round, with frequent opportunities for overtime. No prior experience is required—training will be provided to the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of water well drilling and pump installation, including servicing existing well systems, installing new systems, setting up job sites, and assisting with various aspects of drilling operations.
