Job Overview:

Calibre Drilling is looking for a motivated and hardworking Water Well Driller Helper with a valid Class 3 license including manual transmission vehicle experience to support our drilling operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the drilling industry, working alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Assist the water well driller in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment

•

Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks

•

Help ensure the drill site is clean, safe, and operationally ready

•

Load, unload, and transport drilling materials and equipment to and from the site

•

Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs as needed

•

Monitor drilling operations and report any issues or concerns to the driller

•

Help with assembling and disassembling drill rigs

•

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies

•

Complete daily reports and assist in documenting project progress

Requirements:

•

Valid Class 3 license - with manual transmission experience and a clean driving record

•

Previous experience in construction or drilling considered an asset

•

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment

•

Ability to work in various weather conditions and remote locations

•

Strong communication and teamwork skills

•

Safety-focused with knowledge of job site safety practices

•

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment maintenance and operation

•

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting

•

First Aid, H2S, or other safety certifications considered an asset

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
