Water Well Driller

Seeking responsible, dedicated, hardworking individual to run drilling rig. Driller would be responsible for operation and maintenance of drill rig. Must have valid drivers license and be able to drive manual transmission (12 speed). Driller will be delegating to drill hands on job sites to perform water well drilling in a safe and productive environment that is up to ODNR rules and regulations. Willing to train the right individual with heavy equipment operation experience. Pay based on abilities. Want to motivate the right candidate to stay in our company for a long term career. Must have heavy equipment operation experience.
