Welder I or II

Looking for a Welder to join our team!

Welder will be responsible for the lay out, fit, and fabrication of metal components to assemble complex or difficult structural forms, use advanced knowledge of welding and fitting techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements.

Welders ensure that the parts have been correctly manufactured and weld the component using MIG, TIG or Flux Core, and Arc welding according to the blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings.

Upon Interview Selection, a Weld Test will be given

· Ability to read blueprints.

· Ability to cut, fit, and weld any structures.

· Demonstrates to identify problems in build process and notify supervisor.

· Perform related tasks, such as cutting, bending and grinding.

· Repair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and increase size of metal parts as needed.

· Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

· Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.

· Adhere to all Company policies.

· Follow all quality, health, safety and environmental programs.

· Attend work per work schedule.

· Possess all tools required for the position

Upon Interview Selection a Weld Test will be given

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
