Job Summary

RockHard 4x4 is a manufacturing company in St. Paul, NE. We manufacture off road accessories for predominantly Jeep parts. (bumpers, skid plates, sport cages, rockers...) This position is for a MIG welder. The ideal candidate is someone who is very detail oriented and takes pride in his/her work. This position is required to fit up parts from the laser/press in jigs/fixtures. We use 7" grinders to grind/shape body lines in our bumpers and other parts before going to powdercoat. our normal hrs of operation are 7:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on a normal bases. willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

- Perform welding tasks using MIG welding.

- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding projects.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment is essential.

- Familiarity with safety protocols in a construction site environment is required.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations are necessary.

- Experience with hand tools and measuring instruments.

- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) is a plus but not mandatory.
