We’re looking for skilled, self-motivated, and quality-driven Welders to join our growing production team at our brand-new Manhattan, KS facility! As a PTMW Welder, you’ll bring designs to life — fabricating parts and assemblies for custom OEM projects built to meet exact customer specifications. You’ll work in a clean, well-equipped environment alongside talented teammates who share your commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
This first shift position runs Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

- Interpreting and following proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.
- Using calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.
- Utilizing industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc.
- Welding parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel).
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work area.
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assisting in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Technical Certificate or Degree in Welding preferred
- 1+ year of welding experience- Experience in various welding processes (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW)
- Working knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Proficient in basic math and able to read tape measures
- Able to pass visual and bend tests in various processes and positions on various materials
- Capable of lifting up to 100lbs
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical capacity test and breath alcohol test.
