About Us: Custom Dredge Works, INC is a leading manufacturer of dredging equipment, dedicated to innovation and excellence in the maritime industry. We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team and contribute to the design and production of our high-quality dredging equipment.

Job Description: We are searching for combination structural welder and fitters. Individuals must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be able to weld both MIG and Flux Core.

Key Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a production project.

· Ability to weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

· Have a positive attitude and work well with others.

· A desire to work in an environment where challenges exist daily to work on custom built projects, not just simply welding.

Qualifications:

· Candidates must have MIG experience with strong fabrication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication skills and the ability to interpret complex technical information.

Pay: $20.80 - $31.00 per hour
