All entry-level to mid-level welders and general laborers begin on the On-Call List.

Once you demonstrate a successful period in the on-call position(usually a 1 month probation), we will be pleased to offer you a better-suited role that matches your skills and aspirations. Your hard work and dedication will open new opportunities within our team. We look forward to supporting your growth and success.

Upon finishing the On-Call process, new hires will start with the first 60 days as 1099 employees. Once transitioning to a company employee, you will gain access to our benefits including workers' compensation, sick time, paid time off, and holiday pay, after just 30 days. Currently, we are looking for a skilled, self-motivated fabricator, who is creative and wishes to be an integral part of our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and welding processes to produce high-quality products.

Schedule: typically Mon-Fri from 8am-4:30pm - may vary depending on on-going projects' needs.

Start pay range is between $17 and $22, depending on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
