Water Well Driller Helper with Class 3 License

Job Overview:

Calibre Drilling is looking for a motivated and hardworking Water Well Driller Helper with a valid Class 3 license including manual transmission vehicle experience to support our drilling operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the drilling industry, working alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the water well driller in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment

- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks

- Help ensure the drill site is clean, safe, and operationally ready

- Load, unload, and transport drilling materials and equipment to and from the site

- Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs as needed

- Monitor drilling operations and report any issues or concerns to the driller

- Help with the assembling and disassembling drill rigs

- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies

- Complete daily reports and assist in documenting project progress

Requirements:

- Valid Class 3 license - with manual transmission experience and a clean driving record

- Previous experience in construction or drilling considered an asset

- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and remote locations

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Safety-focused with knowledge of job site safety practices

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment maintenance and operation

- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting

- First Aid, H2S, or any other safety certifications considered an asset
