We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Duluth, MN. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations that support our commitment to delivering top-notch industrial pump solutions. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse.

- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock control processes.

- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.

- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution.

- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.

- Support warehouse management in optimizing operational processes.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.

- Valid forklift certification is required; additional heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
