WAREHOUSE/PIPE & PARTS DELIVERY ASSOCIATE
Victory Fire Protection, an industry leader providing fire sprinkler systems for both commercial and residential properties in and around Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, is seeking a proactive, self-starter to join our warehouse/logistics team.
Job Description:
•
Deliver and pick up material to job sites in a safe, timely manner
•
Load/unload heavy pipe, heavy parts and equipment on/off delivery truck
•
Lift up to 75 lbs. frequently
•
Perform daily routine tasks – pulling pipe/ parts & equipment for projects
•
Ensure all materials are pulled, packaged, delivered, and picked up properly
•
Assemble pipe and fittings associated with fire sprinklers
•
Assist Warehouse Manager in maintaining on time schedule - EARLY HOURS
•
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and organization of inventory
•
Handle additional tasks necessary as directed by Warehouse and Purchasing
•
Assist in handling general building property maintenance and office upkeep
Qualifications:
•
Clean driving record - No DUI offenses in past FIVE years, NO ACCIDENTS
•
Must authorize Company to obtain a department of motor vehicle driving record
•
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing
•
Must authorize Company to obtain a criminal background check
•
Must submit and obtain PA DOT Medical Clearance
•
NO CDL REQUIRED
•
Experience preferred driving stake body, box or pickup truck for deliveries
•
Experience preferred towing large tow behind trailers.
•
Forklift experience a plus
•
Must be able to meet strenuous daily physical demand
•
Must be able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
•
Must be able to adapt to change
•
Lifting to 75 lbs. or more frequently
•
Capable of handling pipe products and loose materials properly
•
Capable of properly securing / distributing loads onto delivery truck
•
Warehouse experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate!
•
Excellent communication skills, computer skills, phone skills
•
