Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Nitro, WV. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations of the warehouse, manage inventory, coordinate stock control, ensure compliance with safety standards, and supervise staff. Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, maintaining storage efficiency, ensuring accurate record keeping, and optimizing warehouse workflows to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Stock Control and Inventory Control to manage and monitor stock levels effectively.

- Strong Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficiency.

- Experience in Inventory Management for accurate tracking and documentation of materials.

- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or relevant software is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are advantageous.
