Warehouse Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods from receipt to shipping. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, and implementing operational improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in maintaining our supply chain and ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to track stock levels and optimize warehouse operations.

- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including coordinating with transportation providers and ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including ensuring that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and that warehouse staff are trained on safety procedures.

Experience

- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management solar industry preferred , including experience with inventory management and operations management.

- Experience with forklift operation and management is a must

-clean driving record

-ability to pull trailer and tie down equipment efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
