Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at Utility Partners of America. In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory and logistics. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

•

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and receiving.

•

Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety standards.

•

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency.

•

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management for timely replenishment.

•

Place orders to ensure adequate supply of inventory for 90 business days.

•

Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with company goals.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in warehouse management or related field.

•

Strong understanding of distribution center operations and supply chain management principles.

•

Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

•

Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.

•

Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
