The Timmins West mine is located approximately 18 kilometers west of Timmins, Ontario, one of the world’s most prolific gold camps. About the Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Timmins West team in Timmins, ON., on a full-time basis. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day.

Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions within the warehouse including supervising the warehouse clerk and working closely with all other departments on site to ensure the warehouse is meeting their day-to-day requirements in accordance with Company expectations.

The following will be critical to successfully performing this role:

- Warehousing/purchasing experience

- Knowledge of inventory management, mine materials, equipment, and maintenance parts is essential

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and resourceful

- Ability to work on multiple tasks and achieve deadlines

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent computer skills:

- previous ERP Software Experience (knowledge of Oracle would be an asset)

- Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel)

- Be committed to safety

- Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada
