The pay range starts at $18/hr and goes up from there depending on experience and includes benefits PTO and 401k.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment preferred
- Safe and conscientious driving skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer systems
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Receive, store, and distribute products according to company procedures
- Prepare and verify all outgoing orders
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Coordinate and prioritize daily receiving, stocking, and shipping activities
- Manage technician truck inventory restocking
- Support entry and tracking of procurement data
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with general warehouse cleaning and maintenance
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
