Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

White Bear Work Ware are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, product handling, and customer interactions. This role includes both physical warehouse duties and front-counter customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily shipping and receiving duties

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately

- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments

- Organize inventory and restock as needed

- Safely use ladders and basic warehouse equipment

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

- Assist walk-in customers and distributors with pickups and product inquiries

- Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients

- Lift and maneuver products up to 50 lbs regularly

Qualifications

- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs consistently

- Comfortable with ladders and warehouse equipment

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Forklift experience or certification is an asset

- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
