Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to grow with a fast-paced company in the renewable energy industry. The Warehouse Associate will support daily operations at our state-of-the-art facility and help keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts to move and organize solar panels, racking, and system components

- Load and unload deliveries and company vehicles

- Drive a box truck for local pick-ups and drop-offs

- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

- Meet with our vendors and distributors (CED and others) to coordinate deliveries and returns

- Support installation crews with materials and logistics

- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience is a plus

- Forklift experience is a plus (training available)

- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-time | Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Occasional Saturdays as needed

- $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
