Warehouse and Site Coordinator

This position will be based out of our Lloydminster branch and plays a vital role in ensuring our site runs smoothly and efficiently.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse + Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and site operations including inventory control, lubricant deliveries, yard maintenance, and product movement. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate inventory for lubricants, tanks, and sensors

· Manage point-of-sale and provide customer service at product pick-up

· Safely unload and load shipments using a forklift

· Deliver lubricants to client locations in a timely, professional manner

· Perform yard upkeep and basic maintenance on tanks and equipment

· Adhere to safety protocols and promote site cleanliness

· Identify and recommend operational improvements

· Coordinate delivery schedules and respond to customer delivery inquiries

Skills/Competencies

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Clear verbal communication and customer service skills

· Ability to follow safety standards and operational procedures

· Basic mechanical aptitude

· Dependability and willingness to take initiative

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

- Valid driver’s license required.

- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Proven experience providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work alongside a team as well as independently.
