- We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator I based in
Jonesboro, AR.
POSITION SUMMARY
This Warehouse Coordinator I works closely with Operations to ensure
sufficient supply of materials to meet construction needs, assist with
developing and managing construction replenishment schedules, monitor
and maintain inventory levels, assist with creation of minimum and
maximum inventory, create and distribute purchase requisitions to
replenish product and material supply, conduct weekly physical count of
inventory and reconcile to ERP, and communicate material forecast to the
Procurement department.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engages Operations in bi-monthly operational planning sessions.
- Communicates material forecast to Materials Management to assist in
- Arranges and schedules material movements throughout the warehouse
- Serves as a liaison between the Procurement Department and
- Performs a comprehensive physical inventory count and reconciles the
actual count with ERP records to ensure alignment between recorded
and tangible inventory.
- Collaborates with business partners in the formulation of solutions
- Other duties as assigned to ensure maximum efficiency in the
department.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required, while an associate or bachelors degree
- A minimum of one to three years of warehousing experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Possesses inventory management and planning skills adaptable to a
construction environment.
Understanding and conceptualization of ERP/MRP systems and their
applications.
Experience in logistics is advantageous.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and
Word.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to
inventory.
