The VP of Business Applications plays a critical role in EPE’s future by leading business applications strategy and execution, ensuring that technology supports the company’s scaling ambitions. This leader near-term focus will be to drive the implementation of an ERP (Unit 4) to modernize finance, accounting, billing, and project management processes while shaping a comprehensive enterprise architecture to support ongoing business transformation. The VP of Business Applications will report directly to the CEO, engage at the board level, and collaborate with senior leadership to align technology with business priorities—including AI integration, cybersecurity, and operational intelligence.

Responsibilities How you can make an impact :
+ Lead the delivery of a Unit 4 ERP implementation orchestrating project work across the functional lines of business + Ensure seamless deployment and business process optimization
+ Build and Scale the IT function to support business growth + Deliver future system enhancements and enterprise applications + Align technology initiatives with business goals + Manage vendor relationships to successfully execute on the initiative and create strong partnerships
+ Advise senior leadership on cutting-edge technology solutions + Enhance business performance through optimized enterprise architecture
+ Define the future vision for help desk functionality + Strengthen cybersecurity strategies to mitigate risks + Identify and plan future system needs
+ Partner with leadership to align technology, AI strategy, and business intelligence + Support operational priorities with integrated technology solutions
+ Set IT priorities to ensure business-driven execution + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
+ Manage and coach IT leaders, and cross-functional teams + Foster a high-performance IT culture and ensure excellence in implementation and operations
