This is a West Allis, WI onsite job based opportunity.
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Vice President, Finance is a senior leadership role managing over $200 MM+ in annual revenues to drive the financial strategy and operations for the organization. As a member of the Company Leadership Team, the VP of Finance serves as a strategic partner and financial operations leader to the CFO and other key leaders to drive financial performance and operational efficiencies across the business.

- Partner with the CFO and other executive leaders on the strategic vision of the segment, as well as assisting in the development of organizations’ future plans.
- Collaborate with other business leaders and teams to optimize cost structures.
- Direct and lead processes for financial metrics, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to deliver timely, relevant, accurate and complete information that further elevates business performance
- Oversee full management of financial statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Ensure Finance team deliverables for financial cycles: annual operating budget, monthly forecast reviews, strategic plans
- Financial analytical leadership across areas: product and job profitability analysis, product pricing, customer analytics, ROI analysis, cost benefit analysis, operations variance analysis are effectively and efficiently achieved.
- Lead expense budgets and proactively partner with others related to project and investment decisions
- Manage working capital and cash, the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets and perform the necessary financial analysis for capital appropriation requests.
- Ensure compliance with tax, controls, substantiating documentation, governance, and audit requirements
- Lead in establishing best practices and standardization across the business and finance function
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Develop, train and manage engagement and career progression for finance team

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA required
- Ten+ years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of a manufacturing environment.- Encourages and exhibits the ability to partner across cross functional leaders, ability to stand firm and effectively drive towards positive solutions

- In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial principles
- Professional proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office suite software
- Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems, well developed financial analysis capabilities, and demonstrated ability to manage computer operations and applications
- Technologically savvy with the ability to implement new processes and systems that increase efficiency
- Location in Milwaukee, WI. Ability to occasionally travel to other locations approximately every 2 months
