SUMMARY
Forward thinking individual who will identify issues and solve them, responsible for the company’s long term financial health and growth. - Manage and develop teams to ensure all accounting and finance functions are completed in an efficient and timely manner for multiple sites and entities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, including long-term financial forecasting and investment planning
- Strategically managing all financing activities and cash flow to minimize interest, including incentives
- Manage multiple entities, both operating and holding companies
- Oversee all tax work and financial audits
- Ensure pricing to customers is aiding the company in achieving strategic goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and compliance reporting
- Maintain external relationships for banking, audit, tax, and others
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, and providing insights to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10 plus years of experience, manufacturing environment preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and solid working knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials
- Well-developed human relations / people management skills; able to delegate authority and provide guidance, direction, goals, feedback, and discipline. Easily able to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong overall computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional problem solving/analytical skills with the ability to make quick and appropriate decisions
- Ability to take on responsibilities outside of expert knowledge area
